By booking a service with Melbourne Bond Clean, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
Payment is required on arrival unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Work may be delayed or paused until payment is received.
Late payments may attract additional fees.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations, denied access, or disconnected utilities may incur a $60 cancellation charge.
Melbourne Bond Clean provides a 7-day guarantee for inspection-related cleaning issues within the agreed service scope. If your property manager or agent identifies a cleaning issue, contact us within 7 days, and we will return to rectify it at no charge.
The guarantee does not cover:
If a third-party cleaner is hired before we are contacted, the guarantee is void.
Steam cleaning improves hygiene and appearance but cannot guarantee removal of permanent stains or odours.
Drying times vary depending on ventilation and weather conditions. Clients accept responsibility for drying time after service.
Clients must provide correct access instructions and secure pets and valuables before service.
If access cannot be gained at the scheduled time, the visit will be treated as a cancellation.
Melbourne Bond Clean holds $20M public liability insurance for cleaning operations. However, we are not responsible for:
Any concerns must be reported within 7 days with photos where possible.
We will arrange a return visit if the issue falls within the original cleaning scope.
Refunds are not issued without the opportunity to re-attend.
We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and dispute resolution. Photos are kept for internal records only.
